FAQ

Am I allowed to come if I’m under 18?
Sure. Anyone between 4 and 15 years of age has to be supervised by an adult person. Both need to have a ticket and the supervisor has to sign a declaration of taking responsibility for the minor, provided at the information desk. People over 15 are allowed independently after purchasing a ticket.

Do I need some kind of ID?
Definitely. Please bring a valid photo ID (e.g. identity card) - it is especially important if you have an electronic ticket. If you fail to provide and ID, you can be refused entry.

Are other proofs of identity accepted?
Yes, if you don’t have an ID card, any other document with photo will be accepted (e.g. passport, student card).

Will there be separate areas for disabled?
A special area for the disabled is planned. Its location will be announced at the festival map at www.livefestival.pl.

Should I be at the concert well in advance?
Yes, we kindly request you come well in advance. With dozen thousands of people coming to the festival, if you plan everything last minute, you might miss the your favourite artist performance.

Do shuttle buses transport the audience after the festival is over?
Of course. The buses to the festival will operate on August 19 & 20 from 3:45 pm until 11:30 pm, and return shuttles from 11 pm until the end of the event (3 am of the following day).

Is there a taxi stop on the festival site?
No, but the taxis are allowed to the festival site to the audience parking. The space in front of "Krokus” shopping centre (al. gen. Bora – Komorowskiego 37) is also a convenient place for taxis to stop.

Should I take my car in case of rain?
In case of heavy rain, please leave your cars in the city and take the festival bus.

Should I book parking space?
It’s not necessary, there's enough room for all festival goers.

Can I exchange my ticket to wristband at Kraków Główny train station?
It’s not possible. All tickets are exchanged at the festival site – airfield – Aviation Museum.

Does camping field ticket apply to everyone who sleep there, or just to the owner of the tent?
All persons sleeping at the camping area have to buy a camping area ticket.

Are food and drink allowed to the site?
No food or drinks bought outside the area are allowed in. There are food and drink zones at the festival, where these items can be bought.

Can you take pictures at the festival?
Sure, but only with digital cameras with matrix under 5.0 MPix and non-professional still cameras. It is not permitted to bring photographic equipment which might be used for professional reasons, e.g. 35 mm reflex cameras, digital reflex cameras, large and medium format cameras. No video cameras or audio – video recording items are allowed.

Is there a deposit and lost and found?
Yes, it will be located at the main gate, at Bora – Komorowskiego st.

I don’t have my ticket yet. Can I buy tickets at the gates?
Of course. Box offices will be located right next to the main entrance. There is no additional charge for buying tickets at the festival.

What is Alter kArt?
It's an alternative to festival coupons, a cash – free payment method. Outside the festival, it can be used like any other plastic card.

How many stages are there this year?
This year, the festival will feature three stages: Main Stage, Coke Stage and Burn Stage.

Can I work at the festival?

Can I bring an umbrella to the festival site?
Only small, foldable umbrellas are allowed at the site. Big umbrellas with metal or wooden pointy endings are forbidden.
